Your Fighter Checklist
- Submit your Fighter Profile and walkout information
- Participate in your scheduled media session
- Make sure your CAMO license is active
- Send your ticket and PPV links to your supporters
- Tell supporters to use your fighter promo code
- Bring all required fighter equipment
- Arrive on time for weigh-ins and fighter callback

Your Fighter Profile is used by the ring announcer, commentators, production team, and livestream broadcast team.

Hendo's Fight Night will conduct individual fighter media sessions before the event. These sessions may include promotional videos, professional photos, fighter interviews, matchup features, social-media content, commercials, and broadcast features.
Our content creator will contact each fighter directly to schedule their session. Participation helps promote the fighter, gym, sponsors, and upcoming matchup.

Tickets & Fighter Commissions
Purchase Event Tickets →Your promo code is the first letter of your first name followed by your entire last name.
Use all lowercase letters with no spaces.Ticket purchases made with the fighter's code are tracked and used to calculate the fighter's commission following the event.

Supporters who cannot attend can watch Hendo's Fight Night 25 worldwide through Combat Sports Now.
Watch Hendo's Fight Night 25 →Remind supporters to use the fighter's promo code when purchasing the PPV so the fighter receives credit for the sale.
Coach Passes & Corners
- Each fighter is allowed two licensed corners.
- Fighters competing in title fights are allowed three licensed corners.
- Every corner must be properly licensed.
- Corners may obtain their licenses at weigh-ins or check in at the fighter ticket booth during the 3:00 PM fighter callback.
