Follow these steps to complete the blood testing required to clear your California amateur MMA license.
Schedule Your Blood Test
Use Request A Test to choose an available appointment at the most convenient participating facility for your schedule.
There may be more than one laboratory option. Labcorp is generally the more expensive option, if price makes a difference. Expect the cost to be approximately $100, although the current price may vary by location and provider.
